Following the Notarial Deed registered on May 10, 2023 before the Notary

Dr. Jean-Pierre Farhat, our company has taken steps to increase its share capital from Euro 100,000.00 to Euro 1,700,000.00 and has been transformed into a joint-stock company. All corporate data including the registered and operational headquarters will remain unchanged. We remind all our Customers, Suppliers and Partners that the new name of the Company is:
