In this context, a key role is played by Cinzia Zambetti, the group’s manager constantly involved in every strategic choice and decision of the four companies.

“My professional activity in the pre-painted metals sector began more than 15 years ago, alongside my personal relationship with my husband Matteo Trombetta Cappellani.

In December 2008 we established Metalcoat, choosing a name that combined our names (Matteo’s “M” for “metal” and Cinzia’s “C” for “coat”) with our business.

From there an exciting professional adventure began that has led our galaxy of companies to become the third largest manufacturing player in the European coil coating market.”

A combination of female and male talents and skills that is the perfect mix for this entrepreneurial story of success, “Matteo and I share a very strong and collaborative professional relationship.
