2024 was a year of great successes for Metalcoat Group, European leader in the production and marketing of aluminum and pre-painted and anodized steel. The opening of the new production site in Ascoli Piceno in December 2023 drove growth of 35%, thanks to strategic investments and the far-sighted vision of President Matteo Trombetta Cappellani. The Marche site is now operating on two shifts and, by 2025, will guarantee a continuous production cycle. The company has also hired new staff, reaching 25 employees in Ascoli and promoting welfare and training for its 115 total collaborators.
In the meantime, Metalcoat is preparing to inaugurate its new headquarters in Bergamo. From February 2025, a historic villa in Via dei Partigiani will host the management headquarters and a new division dedicated to design and furniture. The president emphasizes the importance of employee well-being, ensuring benefits, rewards and an inclusive and stimulating work environment. The group also confirms its commitment to sustainability and gender equality, collaborating with organizations such as Fondazione Marcegaglia.
With an approach oriented towards innovation and research, Metalcoat aims to conquer new markets, strengthening its leadership in the construction, naval, automotive and industrial sectors.
